These terms apply to the use of josedanceacademy.com and to services booked directly with Jose Dance Academy unless a separate written agreement applies.

Website information

Class descriptions, dates, venues, prices and availability may change. Confirm the current information before travelling or making a commitment.

Bookings

A place is confirmed only when the academy accepts the booking and any required payment has been received. Students must provide accurate information and follow reasonable safety and venue instructions.

Health and participation

Participants are responsible for deciding whether an activity is suitable for them. Tell the instructor about relevant limitations before the class and seek professional medical advice where appropriate.

Conduct

Respectful conduct is required. The academy may refuse or end participation where behaviour threatens safety, disrupts teaching or seriously affects other participants.

Intellectual property

Website content, original course material, branding, photographs and videos may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except where law permits.

Third-party services

External payment, video, learning or social platforms are governed by their own terms as well as any academy-specific conditions.
