Refund and Cancellation Policy

Classes and private lessons

Please give as much notice as possible when you cannot attend. Refunds, credits or rescheduling depend on the notice provided, the type of booking and whether the reserved place can reasonably be offered to another student.

Events and workshops

Event tickets may be non-refundable after a stated deadline because venues, instructors and capacity are booked in advance. The applicable terms should be shown before payment.

Academy cancellation

If Jose Dance Academy cancels a paid class or event and cannot offer a suitable alternative, the affected payment will normally be refunded or credited.

Digital courses

Access to digital content may begin immediately after purchase. Any statutory rights and any specific course guarantee will apply as stated at checkout.
