JDA Fitness was created by the choreographer and fitness instructor Jose Prince Varghese India in mid-2010. It was designed for people who wanted to do different dance forms at the same time and stay fit. Jose's students were always asking for a solution.
Jose Prince Varghese is one of the few dancers who are naturally gifted yet strive to set higher benchmarks with their talent and diligence. He is one of the finest versatile dancers, Jose trained under various Indian and international instructors in Indian, Western, and Latin dance forms.
With years of experience in dance, he came up with a solution "JDA Fitness". In JDA Fitness style, you will see elements of Salsa, Bollywood, Ballet, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Yoga, Merengue, Martial Arts, Indian Folk Dances. This is the only fitness style in which you get the taste of many different dance forms and you get fit at the same time.
JDA Fitness was designed to be low-impact and to be an intense and efficient calorie-burning workout that is adaptable and suitable for all different ages, body types and levels of fitness.
